Crash diets are unhealthy and will actually leave you fatter than when you started them. The best way would be calorie reduction, but not starvation and you need to start burning off calories by exercising. The more calories you burn the more weight you will lose it’s as simple as that. If you are the type of person who doesn’t enjoy exercise, then try to do something else that will burn calories. Walking for lots of people is enjoyable, so you could start walking. The only downside to this form of exercise you will need to walk for hours to burn calories, because it is a fairly low intensity workout. Which doesn’t burn off a large amount of calories per hour.

If you are looking at burning the most calories during exercise, then high intensity cardio workouts will be your best choice. But to complete these workouts you will need to be fairly fit and healthy.
